Fortbet Donates 100 Soccer Balls To Refugee Kids

By Mugisha Johnex

Uganda’s betting leader, Fortebet, a few days ago continued to show their passion and dedication to football development in Uganda by donating 100 soccer balls to refugee kids at Kiryandongo refugee settlement camp.

The donation was handed over to Alfred Ochaka, the youth chairperson-Bweyale United Sports Association on behalf of Erima Soccer Academy.

The soccer balls were delivered by Fortebet’s Media Manager, John Nanyumba.

While handing over the balls, Nanyumba noted that, “The development of young talents must be everyone’s responsibility. At Fortebet, we are certain that a ball given out today is a goal-in-the making in the future. This is why Fortebet gives out these balls.”

He added that, “We shall come back to review and assist where we can to ensure that the talent here is improved. This will be an interesting relationship, that Fortebet is willing to honour.’’

Ochaka said, “This is the biggest gift we have ever received in our academy. We owe you a profound debt of gratitude for the support and commitment you have shown us. My Team and I have run out of words to express our joy and happiness, Thank You Fortebet.’’
