Rushere FC Outwit rivals Six O’clock As Tumusiime Fred Stars

The Biharwe play ground was in raptures this evening as Rushere FC thumped league rivals Six’Oclock in scintilating fashion

The Ankole Heroes run riot thanks to strikes from Namasa Edward, Musisi Joseph, Fred and Ismail Zambale in pulsating fashion at the Biharwe play grounds

the first stanza saw the hosts open the floodgates thanks to a penalty kick after man of the match Fred Tumusiime was brought down in the penalty area before Namasa Edward scored the resultant penalty

Moments later the visitors levelled through Ronald before Joseph Musisi’s stunner put back the hosts ahead amidst rapturous celebrations from the fans in a very entertaining game

The second stanza was all the Ankole Heroes as went on the frontfoot with Fred and Ismail Zambale puting the icing on the cake.

The result saw Coach Sam Kamurinde’s charges leapfrog into third slot in as many games with a pending competitions committee ruling on the controversial Bushenyi Veterans verdict yet to be made

Tentative reports indicate a ruling will be made next week , a win situation for Rushere FC will see them propel to the summit of the western regional league for the first time season.

The Muhame Holdings group will be buoyed by the development of proceedings as they eye the prospect of Big league promotion next season.
